Both are 108 pages long. (I was told that 108 pages are best for profit on KDP if you know better let me know so I can adjust the number of pages.)
Both sizes no bleed lined journal pages. Both sizes have affirmations on scattered pages and little doodle designs to make this such a cute design for people that like some style to there journal.
